When ordering oak furniture from Oak Alive you will be given a delivery estimate for your furniture and Oak Alive will strive to keep to that date, however no guarantee of delivery can be made. Any changes to the delivery estimate will be communicated to you the customer by the Oak Alive project manager assigned to your purchase.

A deposit of 50% of the total value is payable on ordering with the balance payable on delivery. No furniture can be started until the payment of deposit and the delivery estimate will be based on the date of deposit.
